Life in the UK test Preparation

How I prepared for the UK Citizenship exam

How to prepare ?
Follow this method it has worked many times with many exams including the Life in the UK.

1.  Try the sample questions first, yes that’s right !. This will give you an indication of what is in the test. Don’t worry if you don’t get many answers right the first time.

2. Read chapters 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the book ( Life in the UK: A Journey to Citizenship 2007).

3. Try the questions again. This time you will know the answers to many of the questions. Mark the questions that you got wrong. Reread the chapter/s relevant to those questions that you got wrong.

4. Try step 3 again, until you can answer all questions correctly.

5. Try all the questions again for one final time. At this point your score will be above 75%. All of the questions that you can be asked in your exam will only be from chapters 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. The pass mark is 75% (18 correct out of 24 questions).

How many practice questions should I do ?

I tried all questions at Life in the UK Test  and this was more than enough to pass the exam. Obviously I can’t guarantee anything. This worked fine for me and lots of other people I know!

This is what I did and I managed to complete  Life in the UK in exactly 5 minutes. All the best, if you have any comments questions please Email. It’s not possible to take the old exam after September 2007, so book the now !
